Thanks for stopping by! Right now I’m truly bogged down with many things– football season, classes to teach, PSA soccer games to attend– the list goes on and on. I’m sure you understand…That’s why we’re going to ease our way into the serious work of exploring what it means to be human:
Go find a personal copy of Tuesdays with Morrie. The book details coversations with an old man who spends the waning moments of his life encouraging Mitch Albom to focus on the things that matter most in this world. We will begin reading it together in the next couple of weeks, and begin discussing it here on the blog. I expect participation from everyone who can gain internet access.
While we’re waiting…Please create a WordPress account, and leave a comment on this post, just so we know 1) it works, and 2) identifying those who plan on participating in the journey.

PS- I have realized that many of you intend on enrolling in the Humanities class in the spring, but the counselor’s office is not going to worry about the Spring scheduling until later in the year…so don’t freak out.
